Position: Full-time Safety Officer & Training Instructor (Ramp Services)

 Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Safety and Ramp Training, GTAdnata’s Training Instructor assures and provides excellent training services to internal and external employees.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Provides initial orientation training to new employees
• Provides and maintains recurrent training on a timely basis
• Revises, designs and updates training needs as required
• Delivers on the job training for ramp and bag room
• Maintains, updates and communicates company’s & customer airline’s training manuals
• Maintains good relations with airline customers and airport authority
• Maintains training files and records orderly, updated and in good standing order
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid G license, DA/AVOP with good standing driving record
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with good understanding of safety
• Must maintain Transport Canada Clearance
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Ability to work variety of shifts including holidays & weekends
